Lehr Unloader
The FLOWPICK module to automate Lehr Unloading feeds complete lines of bottles on the conveyor of the packing modules placed downstream. It operates in continuous flow thanks to the technology of double tracking for products.
Packing machines
FLOWPICK machines dedicated to the PACKAGING at the Lehr Unloader outlet with 6-axis robots are able to pack 40 products/minute in average and up to 50 products/ minute/ robot depending on the complexity of the deposit trajectory in the cardboards.
Depacker
The depacker allows to unload glass products from containers/trays onto the decoration line. The position of each product inside their packaging is transmitted to the robot by the vision system. After each row, the robot triggers the forward movement of the tray in masked time.
